Anger Management Feeling angry is a natural occurrence in life. When individuals struggle with anger it is due to difficulty expressing anger appropriately. "Stuffing anger" leads to resentment or irritability. "Acting out" produces yelling, arguing and storming off. These choices disrupt relationships, parenting and work. Working on Anger Management involves learning about "anger triggers", accurately sensing signs of increased anger and developing strategies to express anger in healthy ways that lead to problem solutions rather than life disruptions.
