friends. Recovery from trauma, both simple and complex. Partners and adult children of individuals struggling with
chronic mental illness. Depression, anxiety, identity, self esteem and the many challenges each of us faces daily
and which can sometimes stop us in our tracks.
Population: adults and couples, ages 18 +
Philosophy: I feel therapy is most likely to be successful when it is an active collaboration
between therapist and client(s). It is my responsibility to create a safe and
compassionate environment in which mutual respect can develop so we can both do our best work and sustain hope
