He does this through myriad theoretical approaches, including Structural, Solution-Focused, and Cognitive-Behavioral theories and interventions. However, his most powerful asset is his ability to develop positive, trusting relationships with his clients and those in their system (e.g., parents, siblings, case managers, etc.).
Specialty: John as developed the curriculum for and runs the Choices Personal Power Group for Teens: an anger management group open to both male and female adolescents, ages 13 to 17 (although mature 12 year olds and immature 18 year olds will be accepted).
